12oz bottle from ??? at bottle share. Golden pour with a short tight head. Aroma greets you with flowery, piney hoppiness. Hops continue on in the taste, more dominant than the malt backbone hiding in the background. Pretty well balanced brew..

On tap at P&P Charleston. Translucent dark brow with medium beige head. Aroma is roasted malt, medium body, medium carbonation, and pretty good lacing. Taste is roasted malt, coffee, and a little caramel.

12oz bottle pours out golden topped with a small head. Nose is pine floral hops and some bread. Taste is more of pine floral hops a nice bread malt.

Bottle. Smell is bright ipa, no BO here. First taste is liquor laced candy with hop bitterness. Quite different than other ubiquitous IPA. Warming sensations in the tummy halfway thru. Strong bitter in yer face bitter hop bite settles in near the end. I think I’m chewing on fresh pine sap soaked green grapefruit rinds. Somebody get me a cold cheap pale lager for a chaser, heheh. If you like this style, reverse my numbers, not an IPA fan but this stuff is terribly on style without the mouth coating dullness and mild BO. Whewwie.

Tap. Pours clear orange Amber, medium off white head, decent lacing. Aroma is line, grapefruit, orange. Flavor is light plus sweet, light plus bitter. Medium body. Not bad

12 ounce bottle into tulip glass, unreadable bottle code on the neck. Pours moderately hazy/cloudy orange/copper color with a 1-2 finger fairly dense and fluffy off white head with good retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lingers. Nice dense soapy lacing clings around the glass. Aromas of grapefruit, tangerine, pineapple, mango, lemon/orange peel, pine, light caramel, toasted bread, and floral/grassy earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance and complexity of citrus/pine hops and moderate bready malt notes; with decent strength. Taste of big grapefruit, tangerine, pineapple, mango, lemon/orange peel, pine, light caramel, toasted bread, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Moderate pine/citrus rind bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of grapefruit, tangerine, pineapple, mango, lemon/orange rind, pine, toasted bread, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a while. very nice complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/pine hops and moderate bready malt flavors; with a nice malt/bitterness balance and minimal lingering hop astringency after the finish. Light-moderate dryness from bitterness, that increases through the glass. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth and moderately creamy/sticky/resinous balanced mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is well hidden with minimal warming present after the finish. Overall this is a very good IPA. All around good complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/pine hops and moderate bready malt flavors; very smooth and easy to drink. Probably over 6 months old judging by the protein cloudiness, but was still very enjoyable.

Whoops, almost thought this was the old CSA! Pop top for a mild pungent tart veggie perfume. Look is almost clear pale with thin white head. Decent co2 on the uptake with a mild friendly, perhaps slightly above average enjoyability factor compared to other fruit beers of this genre. Friendly lager finish.

Bottle, 2013 vintage. Pours clear black, medium tan head, dissipates to a large ring with good lacing. Aroma is bourbon, cocoa, vanilla. Flavor is light plus sweet, medium bitter, loads of bourbon. Base beer has faded out unfortunately, leaving a ghost of cocoa behind. Medium body.
