(473ml can from L'Axe du Malt, Quebec City) Pours very hazy orange-gold with a thick white head and good lace. Aroma of sweet orange pulp and bitter orange peel, floral tangerines, grapefruit zest, fresh pine needles, sweet brioche. Flavour is moderately sweet up front, lots of tangerine and grapefruit, citrus candies, fresh pine needles, hint of menthol, lots of zesty citrus oils too, some sweet pale malts, a crisp minerality and drying finish with grapefruit and pine needle at the forefront, moderately bitter, touch of alcohol warmth. Light to medium bodied, average carbonation. Solid bitter citrus-forward DIPA, I felt like it wasn't totally plush NE style with the Pacific Sunrise but more of a hybrid E-W IPA.

(473ml can shared by Luc, thanks!) Pours clear gold with a small white head. Notes of intense 'maple leaf' cookies, both the maple and the cakey dough, quite sweet honey/pale candy syrup malt core, floral vanilla, not-quite-earthy chocolate quality, a little creamy but mostly maple-dominated, super-sweet all through the sip into the finish, lots of maple in the finish too. Medium-bodied, softly carbonated, definitely some boost to it with the impression of heavily alcoholic dessert. Wild beer, it's kind of fun but at the same time challenging to drink much of, being pretty much sugar in a glass.

(473ml can from L'Axe du Malt, Quebec City) Pours near opaque pale yellow with a small white head and lace. Aroma is mixed pale citrus (grapefruit, lime, tangerine), some soft mango sweetness, mixed melons, some deep floral accents, light cereal malt. Flavour is very dry overall, build around slightly crackery dusty malt, with notes of lime and grapefruit peels, green melons, floral overtone, slightly green garlic hints towards the finish, bone dry and mineral into the aftertaste with melon peels, grass and lime zest. Light bodied, moderate plus carbonation. Good stuff, a little on the light side but at the same time nicely hopped...dry and crisp. Perhaps a tick less hop burn desired, but it's quite drinkable.

(473ml can shared by Luc, thanks! Pours moderately clouded deep gold with a small white head. Notes of sweet mango and orange juice, rich brioche malt with a touch of caramel-like sweetness, moderately resinous peppery citrus zest and pine/weed resins, softly sweet finish with nice smooth but moderate plus resinous bitterness and an edge of sweet esters and mango. Light to medium body, oily slick, average carbonation. Feels more west coast than NE but with a richer fruitier yeast profile, not a crisp IPA. Nice brewing.

16oz (thx, Jonatahn D.!) @ Ryan's shared with Farees. Appearance: murky blonde with a white head. Aroma: lots of tropical fruits, some grass. Taste: along the same, quite bitter, but it's very complex at the same time. Overall: nice.
