Tall can from National Brewery Centre, Burton on Trent. Pours misty gold with frothy white head. Light breezy citric hop fruit on the nose, oily palate, breezy light fruity character with a relatively low bitterness, coming across a little like a california common / steam beer, medium bodied. Fine sessionable beer but lacks a good bitter bite.

Je ne comprends pas trop pourquoi cette bière n'est pas cotée plus avantageusement, mais à chacun son palais ;-) Très douce au nez, avec des malts caramélisés en évidence. En bouche, c'est sucré, juste bien dosé, puis ensuite arrive une finale plutôt douce. Le style est bien représenté ici, sans fla-fla.

Blanche tout à fait dans la norme, avec une belle fraîcheur en bouche et des céréales bien fraîches et distinctives. Au nez, il y avait évidemment de la banane à profusion ;-) Finale courte, effervescence quasi nulle...

A dark brown stout with a thin brown head. In aroma, sweet chocolate malt with light butterscotch, light mineral notes, OK. In mouth, a nice chocolate malt with light licorice, light vanilla, powdery character, pleasant. On tap at Ottawa location.
