On nitro tap at the hotel bar in Corner Brook NL. Solid black color with a rich creamy tan head that persists. Earthy roasty with a hint of chocolate and dried fruit. Pretty stand up dry stout.

440ml can. Pours a clear dark brown almost black with red hue and a medium, creamy, long lasting, tan head that leaves curtains of lace. Aroma of roasted malt, dark chocolate, coffee, light nuts and a hint of smoke. Sweet flavour of roasted malt, dark chocolate, ash, light nuts and earthy hops with a dry, mildly bitter coffee finish. Light body with a watery texture and soft carbonation. Just ok.

Part of their new Organic Mixed 4-pack. Pours a hazy light golden-yellow colour with a big frothy, almost creamy, white head, decent retention and lots of creamy lacing. Fresh banana aromas with wheat notes and sweet yeast. The taste is wheatier with some mild citrus which makes this a little more refreshing, than too thick and sweet like most Hefe. Still, you will find the richness of this style and not know it is organic. Another good addition.

New Organic Mix 4-pack at LCBO. Pours a hazy amber-orange colour with a big creamy warm cap, long lasting with loads of foamy lace. Oh wow, this does smell organic with the different, stronger aromas. Caramel malts, some nuttiness and the hops are kind of spicy and sour (quite nice really). The taste is grassy in the finish, over the soft malts. A beautiful dry mouthfeel. This is all-around very nicely brewed.

This APA pours a clear amber colour with a huge off-white creamy head. Retention is very, very good and lacing is awesome. Good spicey and hoppy aroma with an interesting taste. Smokey, some caramel malt, spices and medium bitterness. Quite smooth overall and refreshing. A very nice unique pale ale.

Pours a cloudy golden-orange colour with a creamy warm cap, good retention and nice creamy lace. Grassy nose with citrus juices, mostly oranges to add some sweetness with caramel and grain notes. Crisp mouthfeel with a tad dryness. Hoppy taste, but not too crazy lasting, so smooth and easy to drink. Lightly juicy with some light grassiness. Quite nice because of drinkability for a stronger IPA.

Hazy amber colour with a beige smaller head, but nice creamy lacing. Beautiful blend of aromas with the smokiness, bananas, hints of caramel and wood. The bananas are dominant in the taste with the burnt wood in the back, and an amber ale base. Crisp mouthfeel, not syrupy at all - which is great for the style. A nice mix of smoked and wheat beers that is pretty refreshing, as not too rich and smoky.
