Pours a hazy light golden-orange colour with a big frothy white head, good stay and some dirty lace. The aromas are quite nice with some spices and notes from the blood orange and camomile. The taste shows some nice spices as well with the wheat showing up. Less of the citrus and tea, but interesting and kind of refreshing. Mild tea lingers. A nice brew overall.

Can from the LCBO. Cloudy pale gold under a fluffy white head that fades gradually leaving sparse lace. Floral and grassy with notes of citrus, some peach, and some light spice. Flavour is light sweet caramel with a light+ bitterness of citrus, peach and grass. Mouth is thin as expected with average carbonation and a quick finish. Better than expected. 8/4/6/3/14

650ml bottle, clean copper-amber colour with a mocha-coloured head, average retention and small amounts of lacing. Some dark fruits in the aromas, but something is slightly off - kind of chemical, from the hops. Herbal, almost minty. It does calm down, and some caramel and roasted malts show the base. Even hints of nuttiness. This shows in the flavours with a touch of maple syrup. Not feeling much the Belgian-side, even its sugars. More like an Imperial Brown ale, but decent to drink and warm up a bit.

Enjoyed at the brewpub in Ottawa. This time, it is a 11.3% ABV. version. Pours a dark brown colour with a mocha-coloured head and some decent creamy lace. The mouthfeel is smooth and alcohol well-hidden. Roasted malt taste with some liquorice bite, hints of dark fruits - even cherries. Seems like some chemical bitterness, but nothing too offensive. Aromas of dark fruits, chocolate, roasted malts and hops. Not bad at all, except the hops which gives out light plastic notes.

A tasty beer, but not an overly complex a flavourful beer for such a strong beer with copious malts. Nice to drink but not great for the style

I think this ipa is underrated. It's not harsh, the bitterness is smooth and balanced by the body.

Not too bad a beer, clearly tastes like fake pineapple is added. Mild clean bitterness, smooth for an ipa. Too fruity, but not in positive way.

Waxed swing-top with a Brett beer = a bad idea. With most wild yeast beers, you get the overflow from crazy carbonation, so having the wax as an obstacle is not cool. Pours a cloudy brown colour, murky, with a frothy beige head, fizzing away rather quickly with minimal lacing. Earthy wild yeast aromas that are not overpowering with red apple juice notes, caramel and hints of nuts. The flavours show no sourness from the Brett, but still the earthiness with nuttiness, fruitiness and caramel is lightly under with hints of wax in the finish. Seems to come from the hops that do not blend well with this beer. Not one I would have again.

Pours a hazy golden-orange colour with a warm frothy cap, good retention and some foamy lacing. Fruity-sweet pineapple aromas over the citrus and caramel malts. The taste shows the bitterness, but not too crazy. The pineapples are only hints in the hoppiness. So, the fruit is big in the nose, but the flavours are of a normal smooth IPA.
