A copper amber with a thick nitro mocha head. In aroma, sweet caramel malt with faint grassy notes. In mouth, a sweet nutty caramel malt with fruity esters, burned notes, light roasted notes, nit a lot of maple though. On tap at Mill Street Ottawa, Feb. 18, 2012.

A golden amber ale with a thin lacing off white head. In aroma, a smooth fruity strawberry biscuit malt with floral hops, and light cinnamon. In mouth, a nice grassy smooth caramel malt, with nice floral hops, light grapefruits, nutty and earthy, very nice. On tap at Mill St. Ottawa location, Feb. 4 2012.

A dark copper amber bock with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet caramel malt with light solventy notes, burned caramel. In mouth, a sweet nutty malt with sweaty character, light astringency, not bad but not great. On tap at Mill St. Ottawa location, Feb. 4 2012.
