Part of the spring mixer pack. Clear, pale copper pour, no head. Aroma of sweet bready malts, cherries, and musty grass.
Flavor is more of the almost cloyingly sweet malts. More wet paper, and grassy hops. The finish is sweet and musty, with way too sweet malts, and little pleasant grains.

The only thing about this beer that has anything to do with maple syrup is that the beer looks like it. Sweet bready malts, no hops. Low bitterness in the finish, light sweetness. This is bland and boring.

Grassy hops, sweet boozy malts. Low carb, solid mouth feel. Boozy sweet finish. Slight fusel flavor. Bready and biscuits. A tad hot.

Cask days 2012. Amber pour, small white head. Pleasant aroma of citrus fruit, grapefruit, and oranges. Light pine. Some soft resins. High bitterness, soapy pine flavour. Grassy, citrus finish. Quite nice

Grain, malt dominated nose with big bready, fruity aromas. Pineapple, apples, pears, and light citrus. Carb is a little low, mouthfeel is a little viscous. Finish is quite fruity with a decent bitterness. Some wet paper, and grassy hops. I really enjoyed this.

cask days 2011. labeled as Mill Street Anniversary Brown Ale.
well nice brown pour, decent nutty malts, some light hops, but its pretty much all nuts. A light hazelnut finish, and some light hop bitterness. pretty middle of the road stuff.

Bottle from the lcbo.
Hazy pink pour, small white head. Aroma of.......faint berries, and seriously nothing else. Good carb and mouthfeel. Flavor is a touch sweet, with a tinge of berry flavor. Good lord this was bland and almost tasteless.

This didn’t really impress me..........
It’s basically the cobbelstone stout, with a big of vanilla in the nose, and a bit more chocolate in the finish. Really there isn’t much more here. I was only able to find vanilla in the aroma, and the rest was par for the course in a basic porter. Roasty, chocolate, and some coffee in the finish. A nice ber, but i was expecting more.

Great looking brown pour. Aroma of cloves, slight banana, spices, Rye, and some smoke. The weizen yeast really created a weissse flavor profile, but it mingles well with the light fruit and spicy smokiness from the rye. I’m really diggin this!
