Kolejne piwo z Francji. Delikatne w stylu tripel alkohol lekko wyczuwalny w koncowej fazie. Metnosci nie bylo zlocisty kolor. Piana srednia ale za to trwala. Delikatne sprawialo wrazenie i pijalne mimo ze ma sporo alk.

Bottle at worldbeertaste’s temporary leaving The Hague tasting. Poured a slightly hazy light amber with a frothy white head. The aroma is yeast citrus. The flavour is medium to light bitter with a malt veggie palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Pours amber with a large, lasting head.Nose shows baked apples, brown sugar, sweet malt and confectionery notes.Sweet flavours again, more like apple cake though. Also a soft, spicy phenolic note too. Finishes very weakly though.Carbonation is too high.

Another nice ale from du Bocq. Hints of the gin come through in aroma and taste and adds a nice warmth. Color is amber with silky head. Gin compliments the malt profile of this beer. A pleasure to drink.
