Can: Poured a clear golden color alger with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of crisp cereal notes with some herbal hops notes and light residual sugar. Taste is also a mix of crisp cereal notes with some finat herbal notes and subtle residual sugar with clean finish. Body is about average with good carbonation. Solid lager with good drinkability and clean finish.

Can: Poured a pale yellow color ale with a large white foamy head with light retention and minimal lacing. Aroma of light wheat malt and residual sugar notes is OK. Taste is a refreshing mix of light wheat malt with some residual sugar notes and light cloves notes. Body is somewhat below average with good carbonation. Refreshing wheat ale but nothing really standing out either.

Can: Poured an amber color ale with a large off-white foamy head with good retention and some alcing. Aroma of grainy caramelized malt notes with light dry malt notes. Taste is also a mix of caramelized malt notes with some grainy notes and a dry aftertaste. Body is about average with good carbonation. Easy drinking amber ale but malt profile could be a bit more refined.

Olfactif aux notes de céréales miellées, de pain et d'herbes fraiches. Un liquide doré, clair et effervescent. Une petite mousse aux grosses bulles effervescentes qui se maintient bien malgré tout. Les tons de pain miellé sont présents en entrée de bouche et s'étalent sur une finale amère et herbacée qui traine longuement en fin de bouche. L'équilibre entre les saveurs maltées et houblonnées est parfait. Bien atténuée tel que le style le commande. Délicate et croustillante .elle rencontre tous les critères du style. Beau travail.

Can: Poured a clear golden color lager with a nice large white foamy head with good retention and light lacing. Aroma of light cereal notes with subtle floral aroma and some residual sugar notes. Taste is a mix of light cereal notes, some subtle floral undertones and light butter notes with some residual sugar notes. Body is slightly fuller then style average with good carbonation. Enjoyable but maybe a tad sweeter then I would have liked.
