A hazy orange beer with a small white head. The aroma is sweet malty with light notes of yeast. The flavor is sweet with a very strong presence of heather honey, leading to a dry spicy end. It lacks honey in the aroma.

Draught Dark orange beer; whitish head. Very honeyish nose honingbollen (kind of honey-based pseudo-medicinal sweet), wet hay, stale hops. Strange taste, first few seconds of dishwater, then green leaves, and then again honingbollen, or Zeeuwse babbelaars (kind of honeyish, sticky toffee from the Zeeland province). Quite OK. Dry not sticky. Medium body. Good honey beer. No more signs of the bottom fermenting pilsener (?) but I can’t take that as a bad thing.

Draught Greenish tinted orange hazy beer; head gone in secs. Fresh, milk-ripe grain or wheat, touch grassiness. Sweet-spicey bitter taste, grainy, malty, and, as said, spices (coriander is obvious). Light & watery texture, this is where this beer fails. No aftertaste at all. They ought to raise this final gravity. Then it would be really OK.
