Description

Bottle thanks to Colin. It pours clear amber with a decent white head. The nose is soft, sweet, honeyed grain and sugar puffs. The taste is crisp, light, bitterness, honey, toasty grain and sugar puffs and a dry finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Nice honey aspect. Actually pretty alright.

Bottle shared in London - many thanks to Paul. Pours clear gold, effervescent, with a large, frothy white head. The nose has some sugary, biscuity malts, nips of caramel. Light-medium sweet flavor with bready malts, hints of apples, honey, toasted grains and sugar, light bitter hay. Light bodied with average carbonation. Sugary bread finish with light caramel, stewed apples and honey, further grains. Tasty and easy.

Bottle shared with Scopey. Opaque murky brownish color, medium sized off-white head. Smell and taste malts, sweetness, slightly alcohol and overripe fruits. Average body and carbonation. Not bad, though it looks like shit.

Bottle @ RBESG Aug 14, at CBC Clapham, thanks to Benzai! Pours murky brown with beige head. Taste brings caramel, syrup, liquorice & dried fruits. A strange one this, need a bigger sample to really get to grips with it.

RBESG pt 1. Craft Clapham. Thanks to Rene for this bottle. Cloudy murky brown offering, small pale tan head. Palate is light and dry, fine carbonation. Pleasantly tangy - sour caramel. Light floralness. Touch of generic fruits. Not bad.

Bottle. It pours murky brown with a small beige head. The nose is rich, earthy, raisin, dirt, candy, fruit cake, brown bread and such like. The taste is sweetish, brown bread, fruit cake, booze, light spice, toffee and alcohol with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Not a looker, but too bad.
