Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear amber with a lacing off-white head. Faint citrus in the nose, somewhat oxidized. Medium-bodied, quite fizzy, a hint of caramel (diacetyl?) and oranges with a dry finish with next to no bitterness. 211225

Backlog august 2016. Clear golden body under a big, dense white head. Mild aroma, some malt and spicy yeast. Taste has sweet malt, fruitiness and slightly spicy and low bitterness. Medium body and short aftertaste. Decent, but not so much going on here.

mild aroma, very slighly herbal, faint elderflowers, faint malts, while faint it still has a feeling of solidness, sort of like a lager that does not have a ton of aroma, but decent flavor. flavor is slightly flowery, slightly malty, prickly kinda flavorful mild hoppy bitterness. end is also pleasant. a mild flavored easter beer that probably will go pretty well with the lighter flavored dishes.

Bottle, 5.8%. Good refreshing fruity aroma of fresh yeast and elderflower. Cloudy dark golden colour. Good stable frothy white head. The flavour is fruity with a touch of light caramel. Hint of sweetness, but also a little watery. Low bitterness and a touch of fresh yeast in the finish.
