Sample (thanks fonefan!). Black colour with a mediumsized off-white foamy head. Aroma is rye, some nutty tones with coffee and a bit roast as well. Flavour is nutty, some chocolaty, ryelike and a mild herbal and toasted tones.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours amber with a slight haze and a solid, off-white head. Interesting aroma with a base of crystal malts and some faint hoppiness. Good malty body with a clean maltiness and a decent bitterness. Nothing fancy but clean and well made. 250524

Bottled (thanks fonefan). Amber colour, small off-white foamy head, which leave some lace. Aroma is caramel, some bready and sweet malty tones with grass. Flavour is caramel, bready, some grassy and hayish tones with mild herbs. Quite nice in a way.

bottle from the new meny at toftegårds plads, valby. Beer selection there is very good for a supermarket, i found several founders stouts I have not tasted yet. Mild aroma of yeast and alcohol, i miss some more belgian notes going on, the alcohol aroma (similar to vodka) is too strong compared to the rest. Flavor is close enough to belgian blonde to be okay. sweet malty stuff with a mild yeasty note to it. A very easy and mild version of a blonde, so you could miss some of the belgian wild-ness you would expect in this style. Overall well done flavor though. easy drinking.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear amber with a solid, off-white head - a very good looking beer. Lovely biscuity and caramelly aroma. Medium bodied - a little to the light side for a Bock. Again biscuity and caramelly, super clean. Discreetly hopped finish. Very well crafted, but I don’t sense any more umami than in a standard German Dunkler Bock. 040524

ABV: 10.0%. Clear dark dark brown colour with a average to large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, toasted, roasted, caramel, dark malt, walnut, sweet malt, barrel - vanilla, light molasses. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, sweet malt, dark malt, chocolate, walnut, barrel - vanilla. Body is medium to medium full, texture is oily - creamy, carbonation is soft, finish feel is warming and light alcoholic. [20240420]

ABV: 4.5%. Clear medium to light orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, floral, light to moderate sweet malt, light to moderate hoppy, grass, silage. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, pale malt, sweet malt, sugary, floral, vanilla - walnut sweet touch. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20240420]

--Sample, thanks fonefan! -- Hazy amber, small head. Grainy nose with some passionfruit and marmelade. Sweet with full body and rounded mouthfeel. Marmelade, passionfruit and bread. Warming bitter finish.
