Bottle at restaurant in Bruges. Slight hazy pale straw with small head. Coriander, lemon, sweet and tart wheat, light peach, grassy. Medium sweet, light bitter and sour. Over light bodied. Not too bad.

(Bottle) Dark brown colour with frothy, beige head. Malty, spicy nose with dark bread, caramel, dried fruit, raisins, prunes, spices and a touch of yeast. Malty, spicy taste with notes of dark bread, caramel, prunes, raisins, brown sugar, chocolate and a balanced spicy bitterness in the finish. More than medium body, with a certain sweetness. Tasty and well balanced dubbel. Nice one.

A light yellow and murky beer, a sizzling head is medium and white. Aroma has wheat, coriander, lemon fresh, nice. Taste has wheat, lemon, light spicyness of ciriander. Medium bodied. Refreshning, as expected.

Color miel claro, turbia, espuma blanco hueso, ligeramente amarillenta, abundante, que aunque reduce rápido se recupera moviendo la copa. Aroma funky, levadura, bretanomices, hierba seca, granero, fruta de hueso, especias. En boca tiene buen cuerpo, es seca, posee cierta robustez alcohólica, aunque bien oculta, buen amargor herbal, matices en boca muy acordes con perfil aromático, notas de levadura, cava, especias, albaricoque, lúpulo, final amargo, seco, algo cálido y laaaargo... Que delicia, una buena cerveza , disfrutable y bien hecha.
