Tasting at Ryan's, synthetic cork bottle
Light gold colour with pink hue. Sweet, warm (the alcohol), but also rich, not just sugars; strong cider elements, with a delicate strawberry note; balanced acidity; a touch of astringency completes the picture. Very good.

375ml (thx, Mathieu A.!) @ Ryan's shared with Faress and Alex. Appearance: interesting golden color with some red notes. Aroma: quite heavy, sweet, apples, some strawberries. Taste: boozy, loads of strawberries. Alcoholic to the point of some boozy bitterness. Overall: it's interesting, but there's too much booze that's not supported by complexity.

Blond with pale copper and pink hue. Aroma of cider, berries, candies, light wood. Semi-sweet, mild apple cider flavour, with a berry note, and most notably some astringency in the finish, that makes it a bit less boring; warming alcohol.
