Crowler from the brewery, drunk 2 weeks after capped--crowler machine BROKEN after this so did it get packaged correctly? Iced tea/honey brown with nice ring of head, light lacing. Aroma is strong diacetyl, mild caramel. Taste is diacetyl, caramel, light toffee. Smooth texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Some good aspects here, but diacetyl is prevalent. Unclear if crowler malfunction accounted for off taste--I think so. I will try to have a fresh sample in the future.

32 oz crowler shared by tfontana, thank you. Copper color, hazy liquid, white head. Flavor caramel, biscuits, butter. Body is average texture, average carbonation, malty finish. Overall, A touch of butter which if it was English would be ok. But…. No.

Buttery! Sourdough. Toasty and stuff. Peppery hops are charming. Looooottta diacetyl.
Not quite as buttery in the mouth with toast and slight caramel and honey sweetness. Good dryness. Crystal malts, peppery local hops and more butter.

Growler pour from the brewery. Very dark brown with ring of head, light lacing. Aroma is strong baked bread, coffee, cocoa. Taste is strong baked bread and chocolate (on dark/baker's side). Smooth, creamy texture, average carbonation and finish as taste. A very nice Dunkel. Its high rating on the UTher site is well deserved.

32 oz crowler shared by Tfontana on the share! Aroma is light earthy chocolate, mild coffee. Flavor is earthy grain, bold cocoa, and soft milled grain texture. Medium body. Really nice strength in flavors.

Taster pour at the brewery.Opaque black w/ring of head. Aroma is strong roasted malt, borderline char, as well as cocoa. Taste mirrors aroma. Smooth texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Borderline chocolate covered espresso beans. Nice!

Taster pour on tap at the brewery. Cloudy yellow w/nice head & light lacing.Aroma is orange & milder pineapple.Taste follows aroma w/late malt.Smooth texture, soft carbonation, malty & lightly bitter finish. Want more juice. OK.
