Bottle. Amber color, slightly yellowish foam. Aroma: fruity, spicy, esters, slightly phenolic, plum. Sweetish taste: caramel, spicy, malt, dried fruits, strange.

Bottle 500ml @ My parent's place
Pours hazy deep golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, citrus, orange and caramel. Taste is medium sweet and medium bitter with a long caramel, grainy, citrus and orange finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottle 500ml @ My parent's place
Pours hazy/murky amber with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel, yeast and christmas spiced. Taste is medium sweet and medium bitter with a long harsh bitter, yeasty and christmas spiced finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

Shared bottle at Mi2 at Cardinal 12.03.18. Translucent dark golden. Diminishing off-white head. Aroma of sweet pale malt, ripe tropical fruits and sweet tropical fruits. Similar taste, with sweetness of papaya and mango. Good! Soft mouthfeel.

Shared bottle at Cardinal, Stavanger. Pours hazy golden with off-white head. Aroma of tropical fruits, pine needles, some citrus, some malty notes. Tastes sweet with more than balancing bitterness. Medium bodied, dry mouthfeel, bitter finish.

Shared bottle at Cardinal, Stavanger. Pours black with little beige head. Aroma of dark bread, chocolate, ethanol. Tastes sweet. Medium to full bodied, sweet and alcoholic finish.

Bottle at home. Hazy golden with a lasting white head. Malty aroma with breadcrust and fresh grain, along with hoppy notes of pine, grapefruit peel and raw wood. Dry malty flavour with hoppy character and a mild bitter finish

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a hazy golden with a dense, frothy and extremely white, lacing head. Some refreshing citrusy hops in the nose, just not all that powerful. Medium body, heavy carbonation, initially sweet and fruity but the chili sets in like a serpents's bite. Gimmicky, but you can still sense there's an IPA underneath. 090318

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a deep golden with a slight haze and an off-white head. Nose is a little fruity, bordering overripe peaches. Medium body, yeasty and fruity - again leaning towards overripe. Discreet late bitterness. Ok for what it is I guess - which isn't an awful lot. 070318

Keg at Taphouse CPH, 11/11/17 - DK rate #1,000 for the Bois. Hazed amber with a decent light beige cap. Nose is fruit rinds, spice, brown bread, dates. Taste comprises light yeast strains, caramel, fruit slice, dried fruits, dates, spice. Medium plus body, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Average Belgo affair and lacks depth for the hefty ABV.
