Bottle. I’ve been saving this for something or other and here we are. Dark syrupy pour. Nose is this soy sauce and wine barrel. Taste of whisky, chocolate, soy sauce, fig, rum, molasses. Thick and syrupy body. Just ooze through and through. Very boozy.

Standard pale ale. Clear amber. Nose and Tatses of pine and grapefruit little bread and cracker. Slick palate touch thin.

Taster at Liquor Express. Pours a clear, golden color, with a small, off-white head. The aroma is coriander, sweet potato, brown sugar, juniper tips, and chalk. Sweet and malty, with a mellow, earthy bitterness. Medium body, sticky, and grainy. Interesting and fair.
