Bla bla blend hand pump at Brasserie 4:20 7% a copper gold with a soapy head & a tart nose with wood bark accents kind of makes me think of pine cones... Silky mouthfeel with a medium body the taste is tart, woodsy , lemon cello sourness. Nice.

As Brunello lambic on tap at Brasserie 4:20 7% aged in Italian red wine barrels - it has a soft chocolate, cork, musty cheese aroma with some vinegar. A great looking orange-gold with a nice head of foam. The taste was wow nutty almond at first then red wine before finishing on some woodsy barrel character. I am really digging this... Though I seem to be the first who ever got almond from this beer! One of my favorites.

Revelation Cat dry hop thriller APA 4.5% pours a typical Italian light gold with a tank resinous musty hop nose - picture walking through a forest crunching the mulch underfoot. The taste is crisp and clean with a bitter marijuana bite in the finish.

Bottle shared at Chriso’s post GBBF minidig, 16/08/14. Caramel coloured pour with a halo of white head. Aroma is caramel, warming alcohol, some liquorice. Flavour is composed of woody, jam, oak and nice semi sweet vanilla bean. A little cherry fruit lingeris. Palate is medium sweet, wood tanin, grainy. Pretty good.

bottle from kihoskh. clear brown, smooth brown head. nutty and roasted malty aroma. Very nice aroma, topped off by mild hoppy bitterness. roasted nuts.. nice.. flavor is brown sugar, roasted malts, bitterness resembling licorice, begins slightly sweet and ends malty bitter, going more and more malty bitter in the aftertaste. Wow.. probably one of the best brown ales i ever had.
