Bottiglia BBE 2018 bevuta 10/2018. Il gusto al naso è indirizzato verso il caffè. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma color marrone castagno ha una scarsa tenuta. Le bollicine sono grandi. Il colore è come l'inchiostro nero. Il corpo è strutturato non pesante e articolato. L'amaro è non invadente. La forza gustativa è molto elevata. La continuità gustativa è lunga. Le sensazioni boccali finali inducono a bevuta compulsiva. Il finale è setoso, lungo, pulito, complesso e asciutto. Il retrogusto è intenso e persistente. Al gusto vengono donati toni di miele, crosta di pane, caffè, liquirizia, amaretto, frutta secca, pane tostato, luppolo, resina, agrumi, affumicato, uvetta bagnata nel rum e vino Porto.

Tap at Boreft Bier Festival 2010, Bodegraven. Hazy yellow Italian inspired Lambic brew. This have an very dry hoppy taste, almost salty (not negativly) pretty decent brew.

Bottle 0,33ltr: 3,5% alcohol brew this, they just kidding i thought it was 6% or more. Haze dark brown/black roasted/smoked malts taste, and kind of sweet too.

Bottle. Hazy amber colour with a mediumsized creamy long-lasting head, which leaves some lace. Aroma is rye, some slight toasted and dry fruity tones with sweet malts and a wee bit of alcohol. Flavour is some alcohol, mild dried fruits, toasted and nutty tones with some rye bread and mild raisins. Toasted malty finish.

Draught. Hazy orangeish golden colour with a mediumsized foamy white head. Aroma is zest, fruits, some toffee and mild spruce. Flavour is alsohol, some zest, tropical fruits, spruce, wood and mild floral and earthy notes with a bunch of caramel.

Tap @ Fermentoren, Aarhus. Pours a dark mahogany with a light brown medium head. Aromas of roasted malts, raisins, hops, liqorice, chocolate and pines. Taste is pretty strong and roasted. Good amount of chocolate and coffee. Alcohol is pretty well hidden though. Pretty strong fruity sweetness and quite bitter aswell.

Tap @ Fermentoren, Aarhus. Clean, beautiful hazy with a small white head. Aromas; piney notes, grass and citrus. Tastes sweet at first but dries out to a 'weak' taste in the end.

Flaska lagrad 10 år på Tre små rum med PQ. Doftar slottskällare och portvin samt nån amerikansk humle. I munnen känns relativt stor sötma, portvin, russin och lite kaffe. Smakar lagrat. Mycket god .

Bottle at tasting, thanks Mark. Orange blond, small white head. Aroma lots of hops, tropical fruit, orange, bit stale and musty. Taste is nice bitterness, bit fruity. Not so exciting, but perfectly nice.

Bottle at tasting, thanks Mark. Blond/orange colour, white bubbly small head. Aroma is strong, hoppy, bit rough, big astringency. Taste is nice enough, bit fruity, lots of bitterness, bit grainy at the end. Alright, but preferred the others.
