12 oz. can from the grocery store. Pours a clear, straw color, with a big, pillowy, white head. The nose is wet grass, white bread, corn husks, and rubber bands. Sweet and sugary, with a funky, unpleasant bitterness. Light, crisp, and a bit sticky. Not great.

Pours a hazy orange yellow with a nice persistent head of foam.
Smell is hoppy, fruity, kinda dank. Some notes of citrus.
Taste is hoppy without being bitter. Citrus hoppy, light dankness, some pine, hints of grass.
Good mouthfeel, good beer.

Really a nice schwarzy. Dry, crisp roast and a hint of just enough caramel. Dark chocolate and coffee. Dark brown/black pour with massive initial head - mine gushed a bit but then I had it for probably too long in my cellar. Crisp, light bitter end. Very nice for style, among the better Schwarzbiers I've had. Can.
