Can from a branch of Total wine in Sterling, Virginia. Pale gold in colour, with moderate carbonation. Light, citrus hops, solid lager malts, a hint of lemon and lingering, bitter finish. Good.

On draught at Yellowstone Garage.

Pours a brilliantly clear straw gold with a little head of foam, pretty good lacing.

Smells lightly hoppy, grainy, some sweet notes.

Taste is grainy, corny, kinda sweet, bits of grassy hops.

Light body with medium carbonation.

Not very Pilsner like at all but decent.

Bought at Liquor Shed.

It pours a clear pale gold, plenty of foam, yeah, and lacing.

Smells of grapefruit citrus and pine, floral and fruity. Not much of a malt presence in the smell. Double IPA.

Ahh..there's the malt, in the taste. Sweet but not over the top like some of the style. Hops well represented as in the smell. Low dankness level. Smooth, not overly boozy. Little bit of onion, thankfully not too much.

Medium bodied with lightish carbonation.

Above average for the style. I like it.

Bought at Liquor Shed.

Pours a very dark brown, aboot an inch of tannish foam with nice lacing.

Roasted malt, some smoke, milk chocolate nose.

Taste is kinda roasty, light smoke, milk chocolate with the lactose fairly prominent. Both bitter and sweet, nice balance going on.

Medium bodied with close to medium carbonation.

Excellent flavours going on at 5.5%abv.

Can. Clear light gold body. Short white head. Aroma of toasted grain, bread, light corn, light floral. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly to moderately sweet and lightly to moderately bitter. Medium body, watery, texture, lively carbonation. Crisp enough and fairly clean, but otherwise it just sits there. Sweet with some earthy, toasted grain taste.

Very clear copper and light bronze coloured body with a thin, slightly off-white head. Aroma of fresh grassy and very herbal hops with a big dose of astringency and alcohol noticeable without much malt at all. Light to Medium-bodied; Quite bitter and nutty malt flavours at first with some biscuits, a touch of grain, a lot of herbs and a dose of more PNW deeper hops with an astringency on the end. Aftertaste shows a good balance of malt and hops, but too little of either to make a big dent in anything, but some bitterness, alcohol and punch from the astringent flavours and a touch of citrus on the end as well. Overall, a pretty poor beer overall, and not a good beer in the slightest bit for the style, which is quite sad because I had much higher hopes for this one, but will probably avoid this brewery in the future due to this big miss! I sampled this twelve ounce can purchased from Dominion Wine and Beer in Falls Church, Virginia on 31-January-2018 for US$2,99 sampled at home in Washington on Easter Sunday, 01-April-2018.

On tap at Trail's End Taproom. Pours a bright, hazy yellow color, with a small, white head. The aroma is strong, smooth apricot, straw, pine sap, and butterscotch. Fruity and sweet, with a light, drying funk. Light to medium body, with a creamy, pulpy, and oddly acidic mouthfeel. This is a pretty solid, lightly funky beer. Fun.
