BB 160712. Hazy pale yellow with a big white head. Aroma is light sour, wheaty, yeasty, citrus and coriander. Flavor is medium sweet, light sour and moderate acidic. Light acidic finish. Heavy carbonation. Doesn’t seem fresh in spite more than a year until BB. 190611

Draught. Creamy white good mosly lasting head. Yellow colour. Light malty and moderate hopy and heavy yeasty aroma. Citrus notes. Moderate bitter nice fruity flavor with strong orange notes. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate. Nice.

(bottle, 25cl) Clear, pale golden colour with a blond mid-sized foamy head. Slightly sour malty nose with shy fruity notes and a tinge of vegetables. Slightly sweet and sour flavour, light to medium bodied with a modest carbonation. Fruity (apples, citrus) malty taste leading into a sweet and slightly sour-fruity finish. No glory. 12.VI.11

Bottle at a bar in Helsinki. Pours Dark brown with small tan head. Aroma is roasted malts, chocolate and dark fruits. Flavour is sweet and fruity with chocolate and caramel. Body is a little thin And everything is a little muted, however the high alcohol is masked quite well. Not a great stout, but drinkable. Rated offline 2011/04/27

Bottle. Nice head with good duration. Color is pale golden. Aroma and taste are bitter hops, grass, yeast, fruits and malt.

Huge beige head. Deep brown body with vigourous carbonation. Floral peppery licorice aroma with herbal notes. Sweet-dryish burnt licorice taste with mealy notes. Light body. Mild, hottish mouthfeel. Dry chocolate and licorice aftertaste with peppery burnt buttery notes. Nice and unusual, but not very drinkable. (0.33l bottle, De Heeren van Liederkercke, Belgium.)

330ml bottle picked up from the fridge at ‘t Antwaerps Bierhuiske and shared with Finn at the hotel room. Pours a huge, rocky white head with fine retention and rings of lace. Hazy golden body. Grass hoppy nose with a spicy touch. Fruit hoppy taste together with caramel malts. Bittersweet end. Drinks quite well (Antwerpen, 29.04.2011).

Bottle. A slow gusher producing a huge, off-white head. Rather hoppy nose, with grass and resins. Belgian-style maltyness and sweetness too. The flavor is quite similar, nicely bitter, but I can’t say I’m too fond of the idea of using noble hops as the major source of bitterness and hop flavors. Smooth on the palate, medium to full body. Some alcohol all the way, bitter finish. Well, not my choice of bitter beer, although it’s quite nice. 110516
