Bottled. Slightly hazy golden colour with a foamy mediumsized head. Aroma is fruits, wood, spices, some berries as well as mild yeastyness. Flavour is spices, yeast, some fruity and floral hops as well as mild bready notes as well. Strange stuff.

Bottle from Bier Temple in Brussels. Pours black with a foamy, clingy beige head. Aroma seems smooth burnt malt. Near medium body with foamy carbonation. Flavor is almost chocolate/coffee porter. Followed with a fair amount of bitter to balance the malt. Interesting version of a "xmas" beer.

bottle, donated my MoritzF, shared with Allen. Deep brown colour, enormous off-white head all over my living room, Allen’s papers and his pencil-case. I still have the smell of the beer in my flat. One should always have plenty of towels ready when opening a strange Belgian beer ;-) The beer itself has a wild aroma of brett, slightly sour with vinous and hints and a touch of vinegar (thus reminding me of Rodenbach). Slightly malty in the flavour, not as sourish as in the nose, hints of caramel and spices. A very interesting beer. Is it a stout? Is it a sour ale? What is it? - I doesn’t fit into any category. A lively, very interesting and delicious beer.

Bottle. Pours reddish amber with a fizzy beige head. Smells tart. Medium body with foamy carbonation. Flavor is tart. There’s caramel and hop, but it is slightly sour and definitely tart. Not what I expected. Good though.

Bottle. Pours clear gold with a foamy white head. Light aromas of malt and fruit, likely citrus. Near medium body. Flavor is lightly bready with citrus/fruit. It is very clean and very refreshing. Not a big beer by any means, but a good beer.

Bottle. Pours cola color with a low off-white head. Aroma of dark roasted caramel. Medium body with fizzy carbonation. Flavor is a bit overroasted caramel. Heading for porter almost. Flavor seems a bit citric. It’s not sweet to me. Finishes rather dark, but not extremely dry. Leaves dark roasted malt taste behind.
