Very malty and mellow, a great cigar beer. Nothing too complex going on here, but that isn't necessarily a bad thing. Medium creamy head and sweet aroma.

Golden coloured. Dry and bitter. Complex. Similar to a Czechish pilsener....

Slightly below average, the one I had was not overly bitter and had a decent head and aroma. So-so color and rather bland flavor made this Pale Ale somewhat unremarkable overall.

Full amber colour; slight aroma of apples, caramel; light and quick palate, notably bland (maybe some malt - maybe). The lower than average carbonation helps enhance the thirst-quenching properties of the water, providing the only highlight of this dud.

Nice and smooth. Crisply hoppy in the APA style. Very easy drinking and refreshing.

Light palate and body for the style. Caramel accent, touch of smokiness. A better mass-produced schwarzbier is Kootenay Black Lager, from Labatts, to say nothing of PUP Jouluolut from Finland.

Actually a brown and golden, made from porter and lager. But more to the point, it is really light and the lager taste kind of overwhelms the porter taste, which is actually quite scary. I only managed to finish half of that big jug before moving on to better things.
