tap at the brewery. Crystal clear body, extremely pale, nice elegant white head. Aroma is mild malty, prominent hay and straw notes, light hoppy. Taste is mild as well, not too bitter, a bit flat maybe. Thin texture, average carbonation, refreshing.

Il gusto al naso propende per il floreale. L'olfatto viene sollecitato in maniera elevata e la costanza olfattiva è apprezzabile. Il cappello di schiuma resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è aspetto opalescente. Bollicine fini costituiscono la forma della frizzantezza. Il colore è giallo dorato torbido. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è poco incisivo. L'intensità gustativa è elevata. La continuità gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono lunghe e di pronta beva. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. Sul palato finiscono indizi di miele, pane, erba e cereali.

Op een prachtig terras met uitzicht op Manarola in de zon, een glas van 0,4 liter van de tap. Heerlij in de zon. Helder gouden kleur, weinig wit schuim. Wel lekker zo.

La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Bollicine fini costituiscono la forma della frizzantezza. La carbonazione rientra nella norma. Il colore è giallo dorato. Il corpo è medio. L'amaro è temperato. L'intensità gustativa è normale e si prolunga in modo appena percepibile. Il finale è semplice e dissetante. In bocca l'aroma porta note di pane e cereali.

La costanza gustativa è sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono di facile beva. Il retrogusto è media intensità. In bocca l'aroma porta sensazioni di caramello, miele e cereali.

Bottle 0,5 in Rome. Filtered golden color quite shiny, irregular and frothy white cap with good retention. Nose: soft aroma of honey, rosemary, pils malts, hay. Quite rustic. Mouth: fantastic carbonation, grassy enough, pretty sweet malty, balanced bitter finish. Lovely

Tap at la zangola. Golden color, hazed, big white head, persistent. Aroma of honey, oale malts, corn, flour, lots of smooth yeast and white bread, some light grass and apple in the finish. Taste sweetish but not excessively. Dusty texture, smooth finish with a pleasimh sourish twist. Simple but surprisingly good and i'm also a fan of the stile. Well done Forst.

Tap at Raval, Ancona. Pours ruby brown with the a small lasting off-white head. Aroma of malt, toffee, light roasting, molasses and dark fruit. Heavy sweetness, light bitterness. Medium body, slight oily texture, soft carbonation.
