Bottle. It’s a clear, copper to dark brown beer, a small off-white head rests on the top. Caramel and oxidation on the nose. Oxidation can be nice, it wasn’t very nice here. Still it’s a pleasant aroma. The flavor has a more pleasant oxidation, quite a lot considering it’s age, with caramel and some nuts doing most of the work. Full-bodied and pleasantly carbonated. Oxidised, nutty finish. Overall, I was surprised over the oxidation levels here, but it was a quite nice one. 091120
