33 cl bottle served in Guinness half pint glass. It pours glossy jet black with a foamy, short-lived, tawny head. Aroma is chocolate, black coffee, toast, even roasted peanuts. Soft, mild, slightly flat and somewhat lacking structure, but with a nice roasty aftertaste with hints of espresso that linger long.

33 cl bottle. It pours hazy pale white-ish golden. Almost no head, the little one observable is foamy and off-white. Aroma is lemon, coriander, lemongrass. Slick, crisp (almost tart), bitterless, long-lasting. Refreshing and juicy.

33 cl bottle. Very hazy pale golden pour with a frothy, off-white head. Aroma is banana, porridge, oatmeal, a hint of coriander. Sry, slick, crisp, rather fizzy, almost no bitterness. Hints of smoke and lemon in the medium-lasting finish.

33 cl bottle, served in Baladin stemmed glass. Cloudy amber pour with an almost non-lacing, short-lived, tan head. Aroma is intense: grapefruit gallore, passionfruit, rocket herb, orange peel. Mouth is dry, slick and full-bodied, quite round and bitter, fresh and long-lasting, with hints of grapefruit breakfast crush. I must say I like it better than the rest of Bailanderas I've tried so far.
