On tap at Squire's Landing, Sydney. Cloudy amber beer with a foamy white head. High carbonation, tiny bubbles. Patchy lacing, medium body. Mild taste of malt and grain and a light fruitiness in the finish. Not bad, slightly interesting pale ale. Oh yeah, I forgot.. Adam Liaw is great.

Adam Liaw is great but James Squire beers tend to be so meek... Bottle. Just unclear pale amber, a good cm of white head. 3+ Peachy aroma with light bread, mandarin, some papaya. So it tastes, moderate bitterness and a little astringency at the end. Pretty good.

Brewed for a partnership for MasterChef - I guess it's going to be gassy. Bottle. Cloudy pale amber with a lasting fluffy cm of white head. Weedy aroma with some citrus - very little hint that the hops are Amarillo Citra lupulin & El Dorado. Light caramel and breadcrust, firm weedy and peppery bitterness. OK if a trifle baffling.
