Bottle @ First Official Randers Tasting. Pours clear amber with airy off-white head. Cleara roma of malt, caramel and yeast, with some hoppy notes. Sweetish, fruity and malty flavour, with rather faint touches of yeast and notes of hops and leaves. Rather watery despite the lively carbonation. Mildly bitter aftertaste. Okay but nithing really impresssive.

Pint bottle into glass. Burnt malt nose. A little toffee. Deep amber /red. Substantial cream coloured head. Burnt roasted toffee taste with a fresh slight bitter finish. This is a nice beer. I have seen this on tap occasionally in Sydney.

On tap. Hoppy fruity nose, quite inviting. Slightly cloudy, highly carbonated, good white head. Taste is floral hops followed by mild bitterness. It’s OK. The fact that this beer is now widely sold on tap alongside complete swill must be a good thing.

Strong floral hops nose (surprise!) Ruby red in schooner glass at Pyrmont Bay pub. Taste is intense, mad with hops. Bitter aftertaste. Really nice.
