Draft sample @ Oersoep Bierfest 2015, Nijmegen. Léger orangé tirant sur l’ambré, col blanc-cassé. Arôme au bouquet levure ester assez belge, pointe de malt cara pâle qui reste plu en avant et assez plaisant. Palais de levure procurant cette signature type de triple. Retrouve un profil malté prononcé mais mettant en avant de belles notes caramel et ponctué par des houblons nobles qui confèrent un fini finement amer, fleuri.

Sampled draft @ Oersoep Craft Beer Festival 2015. Dark amber, solid head. Nose is odd, herbal, cooked vegetables mixed with very big sweetness, malts. Taste is odd mix of vegetable, very sweet, herbal, big caramel, brown sugar,… Thick malts. Didn’t feel entirely right. Not sure about this one. Heavy sweetness, makes it a bit more palatable. Odd for sure.

From tap @Oersoep Craft Beer Festival 2015, 5%. pale golden with a nice white head. aroma of banana, wheat, malts, sweet. Taste is thin even watery for a weizen, quite sweet, a lot of banana, some herbs, citrus, not a remarkable beer. too sweet/thin.

Draught@Take One, Maastricht. Hazy orange colour, mediumsized beige head. Aroma is floral, some slight yeasty and mild wooden notes along with a bit of toast to it. Flavour is fruity, floral, toffeeish and herbal with a slight touch of alcohol to it as well.

Bottled at Petalax Beer Festival. Hazy golden, lively coarse head. Fruity nose with some pineapple. Sweet with medium-full body and rounded, spritzy mouthfeel. Sugar, baking powder, pineapple jam. Low bitterness.

50cl bottle @PBF X. Amber color, thick white head, bubbly and huge. Perfumy, floral and spicy yeasty aroma. Flavor has sweetness, citrus, spices. Long sweetish finish, spicy. High carbonation. Some apricots as well.

Draught @ Stadsbrouwerij De Hemel. Nice ruby red colored beer with an average sized off-white head. Smell and taste malts, sweet grains, sweet alcohol, lightly floral. A bitter hint in the finish. Decent body and carbonation. A bit alcoholic imo but not bad.

Draught @ Stadsbrouwerij De Hemel. Clear dark orange to amber color, medium sized white head. Aroma is quite faint although that might be due to it being served pretty cold. Taste lightly malts, lightly caramel, lightly bitter and an underlying sweet touch. Decent body and carbonation, slightly dry finish. Not bad at all.
