Light amber color. Fragrant, nice nose of apples and oranges. Mouth is soft start and then hops slowly becomes more aggressive. Very nicely balanced. Hops just lingering at the end, but not aggressive. Very pleasant ESB.

Bottle: Poured a pitch-black color porter with a super large off-white foamy head with great retention and good lacing. Aroma of medium dry coffee notes with some black chocolate note and light dry roasted notes. Taste is easily drinkable with loads of coffee notes with some notes of rich black chocolate and light dry roasted malt at the end. Body is quite full with a nice creamy texture. Very well brewed.

Bought this one in Edmonston, N.B. when I was on tour with my band (summer of 2009 - sampled February 2010). Last one from these. Written on front label that beer was bottled APR 06 2009. Pours a deep amber-orange colour (on the hazy side) with lots of little particles floating all-around (as this one says unfiltered). Beige cap with good retention and loads of lacing. Aromas are complex with the hop (which was assumed), nuts, caramel malt, citrus, pine and some fruits. Creamy and velvet mouthfeel. Very nice bitterness in the taste that stays a long time into the aftertaste. Notes of smoke in the finish, grapefruit and sweet malt. Very well-balanced imperial IPA which I wish I could get here.

Bottle: Poured a opaque black colored stout with a nice foamy head with OK retention and some lacing. Aroma is dominated by roasted coffee notes with dry undertones. Taste is also a nice enough mix between some roasted coffee and light black chocolate. Not the most complex beer but well enough brewed and easily drinkable. Body has light creamy texture with good carbonation.

Bottle: Poured a light red/amber color ale with a medium foamy head with average retention and not much lacing. Aroma of dry caramel malt with light cereal notes and some residual sugar. Taste is also dominated by dry caramel malt with light sweet notes and no discernible hops. Body is a bit light with OK carbonation. Decent but a bit too bland to be truly interesting even as a session beer.

Bottle: Poured a clear deep brown color ale with a off-white foamy head with good retention and minimal lacing. Aroma consists of medium sweet caramel malt with light nutty finish. Taste is also a nice enough mix between some well balanced sweet caramel malt with light nuttiness and no discernable hops presence. Body is a bit light with good carbonation. Not bad but not s style that I have any passion for.
