On tap at Parleaux, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma is rich and complex, with lots of vanilla, whiskey, and toasted hazelnuts. Flavour is rich, with lots of toasted hazelnuts, whiskey barrels, but then there's a slight, slight tartness in back. Finishes nutty and lightly tart. There's obviously a great beer under here, but it needs fixing.

On tap at Parleaux, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma is full of roasted malt, some wood, and earthiness. Flavour is full of oak, medium roast, wood, and some earthiness. Very oaky, somewhat boozy, with low residual sweetness. Not particularly complex but nicely aged. Good stuff.

On tap at Parleaux, pours a clear pale copper with a tiny hint hire head. Aroma reveals some champagne yeast, pomegranate seeds and a hint of cranberry. Flavour is somewhat champagne-like, with attenuated out cranberry and pomegranate, light wild yeast, and a mineraly finish. Lacks depth and complexity but it's attenuated out nicely. Decent.

On tap at Parleaux, pours an opaque, deep dark red with no head. Aroma is extremely jammy, with intense, tart marionberry pie… hard to pick up much else. Flavour is very jammy, with lots of tart marionberry, gentle bugs, and a hint of the barrel. Very fruity, lightly acidic, but well-structured. Quite solid.

On tap at Parleaux, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out wild yeast, citrus, and a touch of oak. Flavour has some bugs, a little lacto, and a touch of oak. Nice mixed culture character, even if there seems to a yogurty character. Good.

On tap at Churchkey. Pours a clear dull gold with a white head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Aroma has funky light fruit and grass with a hint of sweet onion and light straw underlying. Flavor has light tart fruits and flora with a touch of lemon and light grains backing.
