31/8/2023. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear bright golden with a copper tint and a few bubbles. Aroma of perry pear, flowers, citrus, woody and funky edge. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness. Medium body, average carbonation. Very dry finish.

28/6/2023. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed! Pours almost clear dark golden with a minimally bubbly head. Aroma is floral, woody, apple, vanilla, caramel, hint of spice. Moderate to medium sweetness and light bitterness with some drying tart notes. Medium body, soft carbonation. Dry, woody, tannic finish. Enjoyed this.

Sample thanks to danlo. Cheers mate! Misty pale gold pour. Aroma of whisky, vanilla, almond, oak.. giving very high expectations. Fine carbonation. Delivers everything the aroma promised, nicely balanced, gently sweet with a soft acidity, clearly woody inflections to a lovely whisky influence. Would benefit an oily apple wine palate, but overall Very nice indeed.

Panda at home, thanks to Edward Danlo, 07/05/23. Clear golden with a fast collapsing white cap. Nose is dusty oak, apple skins, tannins, light vanilla, apple pips, orchard wood. Taste comprises vanilla oak, orchard wood, tarte apples, tannins, vinous, light caramel notes. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Another solid well balanced and full flavoured affair from this cidery.

Panda 🐼 at home big thanks to Danlo. A clear bright golden yellow coloured pour with a fading white froth. Aroma is nice raw oak, boozxe, vanilla, hot alcohol, barrle staves, stone fruit, mineral. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, golden delicaious apple, raw fresh oak, vanilla, tart quince. Palate is medium bodied, tart, mellow carbonation. Oak character is a bit too much for me.

Panda at home, thanks to Ed Danlo, 11/03/23. Deutsche Perry - has to be a first for me !?! Light watery yellow with some white spotting. Nose is pear drops, grains, vinous notes, tannins, orchard wood, a little farty! Taste comprises tangy pears, apple skins, funk, light acidic tones, hedgerow, tannins, vinous. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Solid Perry.
