Panda 🐼 at home big thanks to Danlo. A clear bright golden yellow coloured pour with a fading white froth. Aroma is nice raw oak, boozxe, vanilla, hot alcohol, barrle staves, stone fruit, mineral. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, golden delicaious apple, raw fresh oak, vanilla, tart quince. Palate is medium bodied, tart, mellow carbonation. Oak character is a bit too much for me.

750ml bottle from Cat in the Glass. Pinkish tinged gold colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of perry pear, floral, fruit. Taste is tart, tangy, perry pear, fleshy, flowery and fruity, with woody hint and some citric acidity. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, drying & tart with floral pear at the finish. Nicely drinkable.

Panda at home, thanks to Ed Danlo, 11/03/23. Deutsche Perry - has to be a first for me !?! Light watery yellow with some white spotting. Nose is pear drops, grains, vinous notes, tannins, orchard wood, a little farty! Taste comprises tangy pears, apple skins, funk, light acidic tones, hedgerow, tannins, vinous. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Solid Perry.

750ml bottle from Cat in the Glass. Pale yellow gold colour, white foam head that dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of fleshy pear, floral, woody. Taste is sweetish, perry pear, melon note, fruity, with woody hints, some citric acidity and alittle spicy tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, drying finish. Nicely drinkable.

Sample thanks to Danlo! Pours a generally clear gold. Aroma brings to mind orchard perry fruit, barrel must. Crisp to taste, very dry with pleasant floral Perry fruit shades. Quite refreshing.
