Sample thanks to Danlo! Pours a generally clear gold. Aroma brings to mind orchard perry fruit, barrel must. Crisp to taste, very dry with pleasant floral Perry fruit shades. Quite refreshing.

15/2/2023. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear pale golden with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is musty pear, funky, citrs, a little rubbery. Moderate sweetness and bitterness with medium sourness and body. Slightly oily, soft carbonation. Dry finish. Enjoyable.

Panda 🐼 at home big thanks to Ed Danlo. A mostly clear rose gold petrol coloured pour with a small white halo. Aroma is semi sweet, white sugars, light berry, crisp green apple, floral notes. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, super crisp and tart, woody apple, pithy, hint of raspberry pips, super crisp. Palate is dry, tangy, highish crisp carbonation. Nice linger pickely pineapple.

750ml bottle from Cat in the Glass. Clear golden colour, white foam head that dissipates away and aroma of oak, vanilla, apple, wood barrel. Taste is sweetish, apple, fleshy, tart, with oak, vanilla, cream, fruity, woody tannin notes, and with some citric acidic. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry fruity oaky finish. Nicely drinkable.

Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness, tartness and body. Oily with low carbonation. Nice dryness to finish with some vanilla sweetness. Very nice.
