Bittle at craft beer junction bermondsey tasting. Many thanks. Clear pale brushed petrol coloured pour with a halo of white head. Aroma is semi sweet, pear, white sugars, white pear,. Light dusty. Flavour is composed of drying white pear, midget gems, lime. Pithy clean. Fresh.. Crisp white pear. Palate is tart and crisp, highish carbonation.

750ml bottle from Cider Vault at Fram Ferment. Golden colour, short-lived bubbly white foam head and aroma of apple fruit, fleshy, floral. Taste is sweetish, tangy, apple flesh, fruity, tart, flowery, citric, with slight herby hint, some spicy and acidic notes. Medium bodied, light carbonation, drying acidic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Bottle split at Lost in West, Sheffield. Pours clear gold with a fizzy white foam head that disappeared. Aroma: perry pear, pear skin, light floral. Taste: moderate sweet, towards dry, perry pear, fruity, tangy, somewhat tannic. Medium body with spritzy carbonation.
