Taste is sweetish, apple, fleshy, tangy, woody, vanilla, some funk, white wine, with notes of straw & diesel, and tart acidity, plus slight tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, drying acidic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Panda at home, thanks to Danlo - Cheers Ed, 01/01/23. Clear mid golden with a fast escaping white head. Nose is dusty apples, orchard wood, light funk, oak effect. Taste comprises apple skins, straw, light pear esters, hedgerow, orchard wood. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Decent well balanced apple juice.

Sample thanks to Danlo! Clear pale gold appearance. Aroma brings sweet sherbet, lemon, gooseberry. Taste continues along the same lines, wild acidity, orchard flora, quite sharply sweet perry fruit, woody funk. Interesting. Decent.

Sample, many thanks to Danlo! Relatively clear gold appearance, sparse foamy bubbles atop. Aroma of wild fermented apple fruit. Taste presents a gentle acidity, oily palate, dry green apple, core, vanilla hints. Not getting much wine influence unfortunately, but it's a fine sipper that blossoms into a nice oily sweet fruitiness.
