Sample, thanks to danlo! Pours a generally clear very pale yellow. Aroma brings intensely floral elderflower, green apple sweetness. Fresh floral taste with distinct elderflower, fresh cut grass, leafy citrus, sweet overall with a fine spritz.

Light sweetness and medium sour. Moderate body, oily texture, fizzy carbonation. Enjoyed this. Too fizzy, but really liked the sour.
