Description
Worleys Cider had a humble start, when cider maker Neil Worley started experimenting with apple varieties and blends; fermenting them to dry using natural yeasts. After initially buying fresh juice, we began to find our own fruit in various small Somerset orchards and gradually started to master the mysterious arts of fruit selection and fermentation.
This attention to selecting the right fruit has always been important at Worleys. We don’t add flavourings to our ciders, yet each cider we make has distinct characteristics, determined by the apple blends we use.
As the business started to grow, we invested in a lot of our own equipment – buying a mill and press and storage units and increasing the size of our premises. We’ve added a pasteuriser and box-filler to the list since.

Thank you for sharing! Sampled bottled @ RBBWG V. Near clear golden. Nose is weird lactic yoghurt, sweet sugary apple juice & weird spoiled yoghurt. Taste is odd plastic, white sugar, dull fake sugary apple, caramel. Body is plaster & apple juice. Not a fan of this profile.

Clear bright yellow to orange cider, no head. Aroma: apple juice, cookie dough, sugary, bah. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: sweet start, lots of apple juice, sugary. Aftertaste: some tannins, sourish, dry touch, apple sauce. It's not disgusting, but it's not really good either...

Sampled from bottle @ Drinkers Pub, Eindhoven. Clear golden color, small white head. Smell and taste apples, lightly sweet, nice tannine influence and not too sweet. Probably like this a lot more as I just had an overly sweet cider. This is much better.

A5.5 c5 Bottle from producer’s own stall at Salisbury Christmas Market. Deep golden copper in colour. Crisp sharp fresh apples up front with a lightly sparkling mouthfeel. Dry finish with a pleasant bit of mouth-puckering sourness. Good cider.
