500ml bottle, thanks Danlo for this! Unclear misty yellow. Aroma brings to mind crisp chardonnay, wild funk, apple skin. Taste sees this blossom with lightly sweet green apple, apple core and a very fine, delicately distant spritz. Certainly doesn't shy away from its dryness, though the apple notes bob about on the surface nicely. Expected the alcohol to be a bit pokey, but it's hidden well. Decent.

12/1/2020. Sample, from bottle, courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours hazy very pale yellow/green gold with a short lasting white head. Aroma of moderately sweet apples, slightly funky, citrusy and leafy. Light sweetness, medium tartness and citric acidity. Moderate body, oily texture, average carbonation.

500ml bottle from Incy Wincy Cyder. Pale golden, white foam head that dissipates away and aroma of tangy apple, white wine. Taste is tangy fleshy apple, some skin and core, tart with light funk, white wine and fruity citric notes. Medium bodied, medium carbonation, dry tart acidic finish. Nicely drinkable.

500ml bottle from Incy Wyncy Cyder. Pale golden colour, bubbly white foam head and aroma of tangy apple, apple skin, white wine, light funk. Taste is tangy, dry apple, hints of caramel & vanilla, with alittle apple skin, light funk and white wine notes. Medium bodied, low to medium soft carbonation, dry tart acidic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Taste is sweetish, tangy.apple, alittle hint of caramel, fruity, citric with some drying woody astringent earthy tannin. Medium bodied, medium carbonation, dry boozy finish. Quite drinkable

500ml bottle from Incy Wincy Cyder. Gusher on opening! Hazy yellow gold colour, short-lived fizzy white foam head and aroma of mellow apple, caramel. Taste is tangy apple, some tartness, light funk, with a caramel note and some citric acidity. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry boozy finish. Quite drinkable.
