Description
Our first love was the hazy, hoppy New England style pales and IPAs so you'll find plenty of these on our menus. Although we have three core beers (Cosmic Dust, Termination Shock and Galaxies Apart), we love experimenting so you can expect new releases every month to keep things interesting. We've recently started testing the water with some sours and stouts...more of these to come soon.

Can from House Of Trembling Madness. Milky golden body with an off-white head. No visible carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of white wine and lime. Flavour of lemon and starfruit. Medium body with a smooth texture. Soft fizz. Tangy and delicious.

Can from the Rusty Bucket, Eltham. Cloudy orange pour with a white head. Full on juicy fruity nose, oodles of mango, papaya, pineapple, peach, grapefruit touch of coconut. Rich mix of sweet & bitter juicy fruits in the taste, lingers on the palate somewhat. Subtle hoppy aftertaste. Ticks all me dipper boxes.

Tap at Craft Beer Junction 27/11/2024 Fruity with notes of tropical and citrus fruit, some satsuma and red grapefruit, papaya, clean sweet pale malty, piney hoppy bitter finish.

Can at home, 14th December 24. Pours a clear caramel gold colour. Aroma is floral, citrus, pith. Taste is pithy, floral, bright, bitter and resinous. Lovely

Can from The Beerhive. Hazy golden body with a thick off-white head. Low carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of orange, dried mango and pine. Flavour of lemon sponge, peach and a hint of lime. Medium body with a smooth mouthfeel. Soft fizz. Juicy and fruity.

Can shared at Væskebalancen, Copenhagen 07/12/2024 First NZH-109 hopped beer, delivers a pleasing antipodean hoppy fruity medley of gooseberry and crushed white grape, tender and juicy, medium body, nice malty support, balanced bitter hoppy finish’s very nice indeed.

On tap at Low Key Taproom Ashford . Black beer. Lasting tan head. Aroma kf chocolate. Tanka bean. Vanilla. Smooth in mouth. Lots of tonka. Then the Vanilla and coconut comes in on the end. Good. Entertaining. Dessert beer.
