Description
Our first love was the hazy, hoppy New England style pales and IPAs so you'll find plenty of these on our menus. Although we have three core beers (Cosmic Dust, Termination Shock and Galaxies Apart), we love experimenting so you can expect new releases every month to keep things interesting. We've recently started testing the water with some sours and stouts...more of these to come soon.

Cask at Pigs Ear Beer Festival 2024, Hackney. London. A hazy golden/orange/yellow coloured pour with a healthy white head on top. Hoppy, citrus, orange, pine, grape, tropical fruit taste/aroma. Delicious IPA from Gravity Well. The name of this beer means something to me as I used to know Sir Roger Penrose for many years, he is a brilliant mathematician who is now in his mid 90's. Excellent beer.

Can. Hazy yellowish gold beer, small and short lived pale cream colour head. Light palate, semi dry, a good fine minerally crispness. Slightly thin malts but the creamy sweetness delivered, is more than adequate. Light crisp cooling pine. Juicy rich and slightly ripe hoppy citrus. Slightly ripe orange, tangerine and mandarin, a little ripe mango. Underneath, persistent hop spice and a little savoury skunk. Light crisp hop spicy finish. Very solid dipa brew if, not something that will live more than a few weeks in the memory, not because it's a forgettable brew but, because of the ferocious competition that demands attention and has something more unique to offer.
