Can. Hazy yellowish gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Light palate, mildly dry, a good fine minerally crisp snap. Slightly thin pale malts but, certainly sweet enough. The old skool hop duo bring crisp pine and bright citrus, orange, tangerine, mandarin, a little mango underneath. Modern Simcoe brings a bright but ripe pineapple vibe. Finishes light and crisp with a fair old hop spice nip. A light bright and fairly clean dipa, very drinkable. The only thing keeping this brew from the top division is the lack of a wow factor.

21/11/2024. Can shared with Gus at Kill The Cat, Spitalfields. Pours unclear deep reddish purple with a frothy off-white pinkish head. Lovely mixed berry aroma, raspberry, blueberry, blackberry, blackcurrant. Nicely balanced sweet and tart mix. Smooth. Very nice.

On tap at The Rusty Bucket, Eltham. Hazy orange pour with a white head. Tropical fruit, pineapple, apricot, peach & sweet citrus aromas. Taste is much the same with a twist of grapefruit coming through in the back end. Long hoppy linger.
