Description
Our first love was the hazy, hoppy New England style pales and IPAs so you'll find plenty of these on our menus. Although we have three core beers (Cosmic Dust, Termination Shock and Galaxies Apart), we love experimenting so you can expect new releases every month to keep things interesting. We've recently started testing the water with some sours and stouts...more of these to come soon.

Can. Just a light haze on this paleish gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Light palate, a very mild dryness, decent fine minerally carbonation. Light smooth pale, a nice light sweetness. Enigmatic Eggers brings light pine, a tiny trace of savoury hops.and pineappley complex hop fruits. Something like a mandarin sherbetty thing going on at finish which also brings a touch of hop spice. Intriguing and quaffable..

Can picked up at Gravity Well Brewing Taproom, Leyton, London. A hazy golden/orange/yellow coloured pour with a medium white head on top. Hoppy, citrus, orange, grapefruit, tropical fruit aroma and taste. A decent enough pale which went down well on a hot afternoon gardening.

Missed the tasting again solo can. A light haze on this yellowish gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Airy palate, a little dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Light malts, a thin creamy sweetness. Waimea and Idaho 7 hops bring an intriguing hop profile. Cooling pine into a soft limey vibe that is run through with a kinda Parma Violets candy streak. Idaho 7 fills in all the gaps. Airy semi dry finish brings stronger cooling pine. Different and drinkable.

Missed the tasting again solo can. A mild to medium haze on this yellowish gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Light palate, mildly dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Light smooth pale malts, a light creamy sweetness. Cooling pine into typically enigmatic Eggers hop fruits, touches of tropical things, mild stone fruits and a touch of background citrus, plus those Eggers flavours that are hard to put a name to. A fairly light finish. Eggers amusement here, could be a little punchier overall.

Keg at Gravity Well Brewing Taproom, Leyton, London. A deep/dark orange coloured pour with a thinnish white head on top. Rich, sweet, orange, passion fruit, slight strawberry taste/aroma. A nice light summer time beer and not sour.

Panda thanks to Cloin. A medium haze on this gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Light palate, a very mild dryness, good fine minerally carbonation. Light smooth pale malts, a lovely light creamy sweetness. The hop array here is a pure delight, punchy candyish tropical fruits, soft pine, a little hop spice. Mango, passion fruit, mild skunk, a little hop spice. Just a lovely juicy richness to this one, I suspect NZH109 has much to do with it. Finishes light and smooth. A delight.

440ml can. Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of mango, grapefruit, melon, grape. Taste is quite punchy for AF, grapefruit, mango, grapes and melon, mildly vinous, low bitterness. Medium bodied (maybe "full" if comparing only to other AF).
Top tier AF gear.
