Description
Our first love was the hazy, hoppy New England style pales and IPAs so you'll find plenty of these on our menus. Although we have three core beers (Cosmic Dust, Termination Shock and Galaxies Apart), we love experimenting so you can expect new releases every month to keep things interesting. We've recently started testing the water with some sours and stouts...more of these to come soon.

Can from Premier Hop, Pudsey. Aroma combines sweet syrupy stone fruit with underlying resin. Hazy pale orange. Foamy translucent white head. Boozy and resinous. Has a bite. But smoothed out by a sweet stone fruit core. Heavy bodied. Creamy. Average-fizzy carbonation. A somewhat astringent palate, a tad dry. Despite the booze it remains smooth. Well balanced stuff.

Can ordered from Indiebeer, Holloway. Aroma has stone fruit cut with coconut milk, and an almost minty edge. Hazy golden brown. Frothy microbubbled translucent white head. Sourness initially apparent, followed by light-medium bitterness. Sherbet and stone fruit. Creamy coconut edge throughout. Light-medium bodied. Slick, creamy. Average-fizzy-fizzy carbonation, to be precise. Enjoyable easy drinking sessionable stuff that makes the most of its hops.
