Description
Our first love was the hazy, hoppy New England style pales and IPAs so you'll find plenty of these on our menus. Although we have three core beers (Cosmic Dust, Termination Shock and Galaxies Apart), we love experimenting so you can expect new releases every month to keep things interesting. We've recently started testing the water with some sours and stouts...more of these to come soon.

Can. Hazy orange gold beer, small and very short lived pale cream colour head. Nose is tropical fruits and skunk with the fruit just about winning out. Palate is light and fairly smooth, decent fine minerally carbonation develops on the back end. Light smooth pale malts, a light creamy sweetness. Unusual hop combo Enigma and Nelson. Crisp pine and savoury skunk are up front with the modest hop fruit coming in behind. A little black pepper from the Enigma, very soft citrus, smooth to. Confirmation bias seeks Cranberry from the same hop and finds a little. The same bias can only find a whisper of Nelson grape. Finishes with some hop spice starting to bite. A bit of a left field dipa this one but it sure drinks well.

Can picked up at Ghost Whale Brixton and drunk at home (31/05/2022) - New 🇬🇧 brewery ✅ - hazy golden orange with a white head. Juicy fruity aroma and taste, some red grapefruit and mango notes, tangerine and light peachy with a touch of hop spice bite, sweet malty backbone, finish is balanced bitter hoppy. Great first impression.

Taste is slightly sweet, juicy tropical fruits, mango, passionfruit, very peachy, coconut, just a touch of Nelson gooseberry dankness. Medium-full bodied, very creamy and smooth, almost no bitterness. A stunning NEIPA!

Can at home, from HOTM online (IIRC), 21/03/22. Hazed orange to light amber with a good sized just off white cap. Nose is orange pith, grapefruit, ripe tropical fruits, grass, cantaloupe melon, soft malts. Taste comprises bitter orange, grapefruit, grass, pine resin, mixed tropical fruits, lychee, mandarin. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with balanced juicy come grassy hop bitterness. Decent DIPA ... sips easy ... perhaps lacks hop dynamic and a bit of boost but did grow on me from a 3.7 to a 3.8.
