On tap at the brewpub. It's a foggy golden-orange beer with a finger-thick white head leaving lacing. Pale malt, forest, flowers, honey and melon in the aroma, with a wee touch of orange. It's soft on the palate, medium bodied, borderline thin actually, and with a light bitterness. The flavor has flowers, forest and honey up front, along with pale malts in the back, and some orange zest chiming in towards the very end. An interesting and quite tasteful beer that took a few sips to spark my interest. 200719

On tap at the brewpub. A black one, topped by a finger-thick creamy head leaving some lacing. The aroma is a bit sharp, with burnt malts and wood, coffee, a touch of booze and some dried fruit. It's medium bodied and soft, with a sort of dead-ish carbonation. The flavor too feels a bit edgy, quite heavily burnt, with some coffee, dark dried fruits and a boozy touch. Just the booze flavor, no warmth. Lasting and a bit weird finish. Can't really pinpoint what's weird about it, but it sure didn't make me want to drink a lot of it, even though there's lots of good things going on here. 200719

On tap at the brewpub. It pours a lightly unclear golden body and a dense off-white head leaving curtains. The aroma has piney and citrus peel-ish hops, with some green notes.Rather low on malty scents and flavors. It's full-bodied, soft and nicely carbonated, with a good bitterness. pine cones and citrus peel dominates the flavor, pushing the malts to the back. Some grassy flavors in the finish. A quite pleasant and easy drinkable beer. 200719

Bottle. An almost clear reddish brown beer with a decent beige head. Dark dried fruits, bread, caramel, hints of roasted malts and some burnt malts in the aroma. It's medium bodied, nicely carbonated and semi-dry, with a touch of sweetness. Bread crust, roasted malts and caramel in the flavor. Long finish. Quite decent indeed, a bit boring though. 200727

Bottle. An unclear golden colored beer with a nice white head. Some curtains. Caramel, bread, hay, grass and a piney touch in the aroma. Some diacetyl. It's medium bodied, nicely carbonated and quite dry. Caramel, bread and grass in the flavor, with some diacetyl hints. Long finish continuing the same way. Sure not my favorite from this brewery. 200727

Bottle. An unclear golden colored beer with a minimal sized head. Fruity aroma, some tropical fruits and a touch of pale malts too. It's medium bodied and quite dry on the palate. The flavor is a bit more focused on the tropical fruits, with melon notes and pale malts in the back. Fruity finish. Sure drinkable, but a bit dull. 200718
