can from a supermarket in portugal. clear yellow, small white head. Aroma is apple, sweet apple juice. flavor is sweet apple juice, faint bitterness. Tastes like if very sweet ripe apples were used, or as if tons of sugar has been added. Somewhat unlike traditional more sour and tart cider. Doesn't really taste fermented. Reminds me of very cheap discuont non-alcoholic apple "cider"

Review based on the BJCP2015 guidelines (style C1A). Can 50 cl - Batch 3622131334 (BBF 02.2019). AROMA: medium green apple aroma with a strong sweet background and an artificial character. APPEARANCE: golden color and clear. slight head with low retention. TASTE: medium-high sweet apple note with a syrupy character. finishes sweet. PALATE: medium carbonation. OVERALL: yet another commercial cider-wannabe with a strong juicy character.

Review based on the BJCP2015 guidelines (style 34B: 18B/10A). Bottle 33 cl - Batch 3618990921 (BBF 10.2018). AROMA: medium-low oxidized malt aroma (caramelly), oxidized hops (dried grass) and very faint banana. APPEARANCE: pale gold color and cristal clear. medium white head with medium-low retention. TASTE: similar to the aroma with low oxidized malt flavor (slight caramelly and cardboard), faint oxidized hops (dried grass) and a low malty-sweet background. medium-low to low bitterness with an almost dry finish. PALATE medium-low body with medium-low carbonation. OVERALL: an oxidized weissbier with hops lacking the weiss and the hops. demands re-tasting.
