Golden color, not much head. Typical non-alcoholic rye nose. Sweet rye-bread malty flavor. All the way standard n/a lager, but not the worst I have tried. Actually good for thirst in hot Portugal.

(Bottle 33 cl) Golden, practically no head whatsoever - and no hops for that matter. Extremely dry and quenching though. A bit unusual but not unpleasant. 100305

(Bottle 33 cl) Very dark, almost black with a huge, brownish head. Almost has the appearance of Guinness.Very dry with a pleasant, lightly burned touch. Discreet bitterness. Quaffable dark lager. 190703

(Bottle 33 cl) Golden lager, slightly creamy head. Very fresh smell, oddly it reminds me of a German "Hefe-Weizen", has the same fruity-/citric notes although I belive there’s no wheat in this. Quite some hop-bite in the palate. Portugal’s best known brand? 240603

Can. Drove over four hours to get to Portugal and only found three beers - this was the best one. Sweet toffee aroma. Light tan with small collapsing head. Moderate carbonation and sweet light malt flavor and slight hops bitterness. Rather different - not totally unlike an American light beer but with less malt.

A dark brown almost opaque beer with a light brown disappearing head. The aroma is sweet with notes of caramel and roasted bread. The flavor is also sweet with notes of caramel, roasted bread, and hops. In the end it turns slightly smoked.
