Medium white head doesn’t last. Clear yellow body. Mealy fruity toffee aroma with spicy notes. Dryish mealy orangey taste with strawy notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, mealy mouthfeel. Medium dark brown head. Opaque black body. Roasty matchstick aroma with mineraly chocolatey notes. Dryish roasty chocolatey taste with burnt spicy notes. Full-bodied. Mild, mealy mouthfeel. Dryish roasty earthy chocolatey aftertaste with toasted rice notes. It’s not bad, but a bit harsh and edgy. (0.355l bottle, from Systembolaget, Torp. Lot #0001.)

Svart farge med høyt lys brunt skum. Lukter, humle, mørk sjokolade, kaffe, Fyldig. Smaker salt, kaffe. Middels bitter avslutning.

355 ml can. Clear, slightly dark golden body with a moderate sized off-white head. Quite nice aroma with caramel malt, citric fruit and mature fruit. Flavor is nice and easy, caramel malt, toffee, citric fruit, plums and medium bitterness. Balanced in flavor, body and decent aftertaste. Easy to drink, refreshable, no sharp edges here or anything challenging, just a well-made, easy thirst quencher. Feels like something that could have come out from a mayor brewery as“crafty ale”. Still enjoyable.

350ml can kindly shared by Finn. A stable white head to a misty yellow-gold body. Spotty lacing. Modest aroma of hay and grain. Almond and grassy hops to the taste buds followed by a bittersweet tail. Medium to thin bodied. Satisfying (at Finns in Tromsø 04.02.2016).

350ml can kindly shared by Finn. Lasting, frothy white head. Near clear pale golden body. Lacing rings down the glass. Grass and pale malty nose. Mid-sweet flavours of grassy hops, some citric hints and grain. Mild bitter ending. Soft carbonated. Drinks very well (at Finns in Tromsø 04.02.2016).
